Ryan Boe is a registered Patent and Trade Marks Attorney with over 15 years experience. Ryan has a Physics (BSc (Physics)) and law degree (LLB) along with a Masters in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Technology, Sydney. He has extensive experience in patent practice, including drafting, prosecuting and managing patents and patent portfolios locally and overseas. Ryan is also well experienced in the preparation, prosecution and management of Registered Designs and Trade Marks. Ryan’s proficiencies and experience in the Patent field covers the fields of automotive, engineering, mining, medical devices, physics, IT and electronics.

Prior to entering the intellectual property field, Ryan worked for an engineering company, manufacturing and installing industrial processing systems globally in addition to work in the IT field. On entering the Intellectual Property field, Ryan has worked for large and medium sized Intellectual Property firms in senior roles in both Perth and Sydney. In these roles, Ryan has represented a mix of large multinational firms, medium enterprise and small entities for their Patents, Trade Marks and Designs in local and overseas matters, providing both issue specific and strategic advice.
